Instructions:

1. Documents to be submitted in the School Office

• Attested copy of Birth Certificate
• Attested copy of Community Certificate
• Recent Passport size photograph of pupil
• Transfer certificate with EMIS No. (in original)
• Attested copy of Xth std mark sheet (Class XI & XII – Admission)
• Aadhar card – copy
• Copy of II Terminal Exam and III Term Test mark sheet should be submitted for classes II and above.

2. The application fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

3. Acceptance of this form does not guarantee admission in ABC Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
